We have 24 taps (plus a hand pump) of independently-owned craft beer, ranging from trusty Coopers Pale ale to your local Inner West favourites and a sprinkling of some interesting and sometimes fancy limited releases from all around Australia.
Our ever-growing wine list is all Australian (except a few French Roses), supporting our hard-working farmers and winemakers, and includes delicate delights that are natural, preservative-free, vegan-friendly, and bio-dynamic. WINE LIST HERE
We have an extensive and interesting range of spirits, again focusing on Australian independents, so whiskey and gin connoisseurs shall not be disappointed!
It’s no secret that we love our craft beer at The PBC and we love sourcing interesting ales you might not get to try at other places. Being in the Inner West we have a great selection of locally made beers but we also like to venture further afield to bring you something a little different.
